Tingsha Bells
Tingsha or Ting-sha are small, musical bells used for chanting, ritual offerings & ceromonies in hindu and buddhist religious practise. They are also used to prepare for meditation, healing, space clearing and sound therapy treatment.
The Tibetan term 'ting' refers to the ringing sound of metal, to the cadence of a musical note and 'sha' means hanging or suspended. When the two pieces strike each other they produce a clear, pure, cleansing sound which can be used to focus the mind before and after meditation.
Our bells are cast in bronze (instead of brass or other mixed metals) for the most pure and sweet tone possible, with a very long ring and smooth tone decay.
